Mrs G. Douglas / Williamstown

Comments by visitors:

The addition of the roses might be a reference to Mr George Douglas of Williamstown's long involvement with the Williamstown Horticultural Society, where he was often an exhibitor and competitor in the 1880s and 1890s. Source: Local newspaper reports.
