At present the searchable database is only open to members of the Society. If you are a member, please click the “Log on” link on the top right-hand side of this page, enter your email address and password, and then click “Log on”.
Becoming a member is the best way to support the Society. It’s also a way to make new friends, to share a common interest in local history and to learn new skills.
Click here to access the online membership form.
Fill in your details on the form.
Click on the “Submit application” button.
Once you get a confirmation message that your details have been submitted please make a Bank transfer to pay for your first year’s membership fee. Alternatively print the confirmation message, attach a cheque, and post it to the Society. The address is given on the application form.
You will be emailed confirmation after a few days (as described on the membership form). You can then log on using your own email address. If you don’t have a password you can click on “Forgot password” and have the chance to choose a new password.
You can also come to the museum on a Sunday between 2pm and 5pm during February to November and ask for a membership form. This gives you a chance to see what we have to offer before joining. Our exact opening times are mentioned on our main web page.
Society membership gives you free entry to the museum and access to our resources. Members also receive a copy of our bi-monthly newsletter, the Heidelberg Historian (published 6 times a year).
